Owner + founder of Rooted Strength. We’re here to turn the fitness industry upside down when it comes to women’s fitness. We aren’t going to be about fat loss, 12 week challenges or counting macros obsessively. We value strength that grows deeper in time.
Backstory: this all started because I noticed the typical fitness model just didn’t work for the majority of women. The “did you die” narrative didn’t fit into a season where we needed to slow down and (re)build. The intensity over everything didn’t match seasons of high stress + low recovery availability. The pull for always harder created more opportunity for accomplishing goals but at the cost of long-term health.
What I’m here to do: Empower you to live in unbridled pursuit of your goals.

- Moving with purpose and safety, so you feel strong and capable in everything you do.
- Understanding thewhybehind your workouts, empowering you to take ownership of your progress.
- Supporting healthy lifestyle habits that fuel your goals, inside and outside the gym.
- Embracing the foundational principles of Rooted Strength—balance, recovery, and capacity—so you can thrive long-term.
Once you’re moving with ease and confidence, you’ll have the choice to:
- Join our small, supportive group training sessions designed to keep you progressing together.
- Or shift to remote coaching, where you’ll follow your personalized program on your own schedule—wherever life takes you.
Throughout this phase, you’ll stay connected with us through quarterly mentorship calls. We’ll track your progress, dive into educational topics that matter to you, and make any adjustments you need to keep moving forward.
Once you’ve reached your goals and built a solid foundation, it’s time to fully own your journey. In this phase, you’ll have the freedom to:
- Maintain your progress and feel confident in your strength.
- Pursue new adventures—big or small—that light you up.
- Continue to customize your movement and recovery, so you can stay active and independent for years to come.
